Paul Brodel is a TV Demonstration Chef with Ideal World Home Shopping Channel. Paul began his career in television as a Food Stylist, preparing dishes for show on air for many top TV Chefs. He has since demonstrated for all of the major shopping channels however Ideal World is his culinary home.

 

Paul has written and published cook books for many years, all of which are feautured on this site. 

 

Paul was introduced to a vast array of world cuisines from a very early age whilst circumnavigating the globe with his parents in their sailing yacht. He learnt to create meals in a tiny galley kitchen with very few ingredients or equipment.  By the time he returned home he knew his future lay in catering.

Paul attended Plymouth Catering College where his natural flair for cooking was refined. As part of his education Paul also spent time in the  French Jura mountains learning all about Mediterranean cuisine. He  has since gone on to work in many prestigious establishments including The House of Commons.

Paul undertakes cooking demonstrations within the UK and throughout Europe. He is also the joint owner of Kings Newmarket, a restaurant and wedding venue in Cambridgeshire.
